“We really value our Mindfulness sessions delivered by Mindful Mayhem. It is a great opportunity for children to listen to each other in small groups (not who they would normally work with). Through the sessions, children develop techniques and strategies to help them explore their emotions and help to regulate themselves as necessary

using a range of senses. There are opportunities for children to develop their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. The children have the opportunity to talk to an additional trusted adult. Different themes are explored including difference and if something arises in school, we speak to Beth and she plans this in to her sessions.”
