We teach mindfulness and provide trauma-informed support to children, young people and their families, tailored to individuals needs. Our work is primarily based within local schools and the wider community. We also provide private one- to- one sessions. Everything we do is grounded in compassion, empathy, and with a safe, supportive approach to healing.
Within our mindful practices is our unique blend of touch therapies that are tailored to your families specific needs, this is for families who can often find themselves dealing with big emotions and need support to find that calm connection.
Mindfulness offers ways for parents hone their attention skills to help nurture their children in a more harmonious and peaceful way.
